runs through my spirit, I
find exaltation to
behold,


My outward ways tap into the
philosophical heartburns, I
find in others so
bold.


It can be easy to slide from
an optimistic guru to a
failed soul of selfish
want.


Alas, I overcome my failings
because I am a freedom
traveler - an independent
savant.
