Quatrain of Wrong Views

Wrong Views - where did you go wrong

I listened to your view of the
world, preening my ears
as if looking for a
mate,

I sympathized with how your
world turns, without
interfering in your coming
fate.

I concluded you were lost; no
argument I could muster
would change your
ideals,

My only hope at this point: I
can confine your thinking;
keep hundreds from
following on your
heels.
