Wisdom Thumping - we take it daily

Critical thought no longer exists,
it has been replaced by
many a foul
creeds,

The lessons we learn, start at
childhood, and continue
as old age
proceeds.

The most learned among us are
complete fools, with thoughts
bent ready for
humping,

We are taught not to challenge
knowledge mockingly dispensed,
as though we like our
intelligence insulted
while wisdom takes
a thumping.
