Quatrain of What You Eat

What You Eat - not to worry

You are not what you eat, you
are not a refinement of
all the foods
you daily
consume.

You do not turn into what you
digest, but you do resemble
succulent ideas
from birth to
tomb.

If you were sweeter, sugar would
be sour; fruits would be bitter,
but there'd still
be love in the
air,

As it turns out, what you eat
doesn't make you lovable,
but what you think
makes you a
teddy bear.
