Quatrain of Stomach Pit

Stomach Pit - a pit therein

My stomach has a pit stuck at the
bottom, from a plum that
once grew from love of
the American
domain,

Rational thought has left our souls
and is used to sour every
experience, reaping
great mental
pain.

No longer do we find unity among
the citizenry, we have our
own special agendas to
call our very
own,

Some want justice for selfish causes,
others just like to cry like babies,
in the end, we have forced the
country to go morally
prone.
