Sinking Democracy - it goes down, not up

In science, cream rises to
the top, when left
in a jar of moo
juice.

In Politics, the cream sinks
rapidly, letting ignorance
rise and get
loose.

If democracy followed
scientific laws it could
last for many
years,

But it follows man made
laws and within a
short time simply
disappears.
