Quatrain of Self-interest

Self- interest - first and foremost

When you act without self-interest
the interest of others is
wasted, it can be
perverse,

Others are not better than you, they
are not more disserving
than your moral
verse,

Self-interest keeps you whole, it
allows you to help others
you normally would
not,

If you are unhealthy you are not good
to others, self-interest
must never be
forgot.
