Quatrain of Star Gazer

Star Gazer - a looker of stars

O, thy dying star gazer,
thy long lost visceral
looker of the night
sky,

With an artificial shine
from the earth, stars
diminished from the
eye.

The world no longer feels
at home, the night no
longer so dearly
lit,

We live in fake contempt
of the light bulb, where
no starlight can
emit.
