Quatrain of Spinning Mind

Spinning Mind - spun to keep it together

I spun my mind like a ball
of twine, to keep my
thoughts
together,

I used a string of logic to
ensure my ideas were
as tough as
leather,

I wanted to be a thinker
like God and not allow
reason to be
unrolled,

I know if my orb of thoughts
become all scrambled the
good life will not
unfold.
