Quatrain of Skin Color

Skin color - the color of your skin

Proclaim! I am a black man,
no one seems to notice
and hardly anyone really
cares,

I only bring it up because
to me, it is more important
than knowing apples from
pears,

You see, I am the crop of
good taste and I shall always
bare superior fruit in
thought,

My wish is to let the world
know how important my
genes are, without getting
caught.
