Shining Light - a comfort to know
When you gaze into the heavens
at a star, you are looking
into the past, far in the
distance.
But the star is not dead, like
some have said, it shines
millions of years in it's
persistence.
A star, like your life, is born,
lives until it's breath has run
out and no one can
hear it.
But you are not dead, like some
have said, because the light
shines for millions of years
in your spirit.
