Quatrain of Lost Spirit

Lost spirit - A spirit that has
disappeared

Behold! When I die, what
if my body goes to heaven
and my soul turns to
dust.

Beseech! Will eternity await
me or will my squabbish
bones transform into
rust?

God was clever upon
creation, He was not clear
as to what happens at the
end,

We are led to believe that
heaven is paradise, but I
worry my spirit will not
attend
.
