Quatrain of Ignominious Love


Ignominious - disgrace or public shame


It began with heated
passion, borne of lip curling
desire,

It lasted for hours with
rapture smothering my lust on
fire.

Then it happened, a sour
note began constructing ugly
tones ,

And all that remained of
pash, were ignominious love
bones.
