Congressional - Reference US Congress
Depravity - Lowest human form usually morally
corrupt and otherwise obscene

Let me speculate on the next few
years, as if I had vision into the
future,

It is without doubt that life's evils
will be sewn with a single perverted
suture.

And the evil I speak is right here
before thine eyes and planning your
budget,

Congress is stealing your money and
facetiously laughing as they spend
it.
