Aches & Pains - they come quick
Growing old doesn't happen
one day at a time, it
happens over
night,
One day you are young, by
morning, old appears in
the mirror with
fright.
At first, the body doesn't
show the cells, that are
growing weak and
tired,
But in an instant they all
collapse, aches and pains
have been quietly
hired.
