Quatrain of Mistaking Evil

Mistaking Evil - easy to do

I mistook evil for a kind soul of
my liking, it seemed
natural to think
I was
wise,

But evil is very deceptive, it can
show its good side without
me knowing
truth from
lies.

Without learning to be a diligent
God follower, all judgments
of wickedness must
come from
me,

The world is not set up to be second
guessed, I need God to help
track all sins I cannot
foresee.
