Milk & Cream - which one rises?

Government is the only area in life
where the cream sinks to
the bottom and stale
milk rises to the
top.

Government comes from the utter
of cows who are vile, pig-headed
and need to be
herded like
livestock.

It is the farmer who knows how to
rule the earth, the elected
want all to follow them
as if they were
sheep.

Government is the world upside down,
the farmer is forced to run the
ranch: government slaughters
the worker as we watch and
weep.
