Quatrain of Letter Writing

Letter Writing - not enough

I whipped out a piece of paper
to write a letter, to
explain how I
feel,

But my words just couldn't
explain my emotions,
didn't seem
real.

If all you have are my many
reactions, will they be
enough for you to
judge?

Telling you of my love, showing
my moods, does not explain
my excitement: like
trying to describe
the sweetness
of fudge.
