Quatrain of Knowing Something

Knowing Something - do you?

Thinking you do know a great deal
when you know little, is worse
than thinking you know
something when you
don't,

You must temper what you do know
with what is out there, let the
chips fall where they may,
and where some
won't.

To get through life without messing
over others, you need to assess
what you have learned and
what you have
not,

If you think you know better, when in
fact you are a dreamer of logic,
leads to everyone around
being worse off -
a lot.
