In The Light - how things die

Democracy does not die in the
dark, it happens while
looking it in the
eye in broad
daylight,

It is not what you can't see
that's dangerous, it's
what's in front of your
face thinking it's
alright.

Those who wish to demolish
freedom, know they can do
it under the illumination
of a bright
gaze,

When everyone believes moral
decline is normal, democracy
dies, not by darkness but
under glaring evil lit by
sun rays.
