Grand Life - too easy

There was a time in the far, far
past when you could be
categorically complacent
about the life you were
leading,

Now the daily workings of the
here and now have changed,
if you are not slapping
someone, you're not
proceeding.

There is always someone crying
like a socialist baby about the
cruelties they see in life,
as if this is actual
news.

Today, there are more whiners
coming of age than in the past,
life is good, there is time to
express their foolish
views.
