Yorktown Disciple
Quatrain of Good Old Days

Good Old Days - to bad they are gone

If we as a nation don't go back to
the good old times, there will
be no times to relish
tending,

The good old days were real, evil
was taken care of without
compunction or reality
impending.

Yesterday was not a simpler time,
it was merely understood
with black and white
thought,

Today we take heed to every nuance,
and in the fury we no longer see
right or wrong: a devil's
plot.
