Faking Love - don't

I faked the love I had for you, I
couldn't bring myself
to a committed
relationship,

Deep inside my love was squishy,
it didn't coincide with
the feelings in our
courtship.

The next time I begin to fall in
love, I hope it will be timed
to fit my current life
style,

I cannot love when the timing is
wrong, true love is not for a
soul that remains
juvenile.
