Excusing Evil - can it be done?

Is it possible, or even reasonable,
to excuse the Devil
for the evil he
creates?

If the possibility exists to give
the Devil a pass, does
this mean evil
skates?

After all, the carnage created in
the world is the work
of one truly evil
contender,

God is the ultimate fixer of evil,
man cannot excuse the source
of destruction, but God
is a spiritual
mender.
