Quatrain of Driving Hunger

Driving Hunger - it is in us all

God made man in His image, except
He gave him an appetite,
forcing him to
eat.

God doesn't need nourishment, but
man can't do without food,
to stay on his
feet.

Hunger drives the beast in all of us,
to explore the world or to
thoroughly trash it's
soul,

Eating is an earthly function, our quest
for devouring animals and plants,
keeps God in
control.
