Downplaying - don't pretend you
know something
Seeking to downplay your ignorance,
you cover your ears
when others
speak,
You're hoping to never hear what
it is like to pass the test
of life if you don't
cheat.
Not hearing others is almost as bad
as not hearing yourself
with ideas tide in a
knot,
Next time you wish to appear real
smart, don't think at the same
time you have a
thought.
