Country Gone Blind - it has happened

A blindness has descended over
the land, there are many
who can no longer
virtually
see.

They vote with blind faith for
leaders that have no clue
and are detrimental
to a righteous
plea.

Because life is not fastened to
the soul and everyone wishes
to be a follower
because it is
easy,

The world we once admired is
not visible and darkness is
slowing covering the land
now growing
sleazy.
