goals,

The dimwitted tend to hire
down, they need the
foolish to comfort
their very dull
souls.

Bright people don't mind the
competition, they relish
the challenges smart
folks often
present.

But those of low smarts are
threatened by anyone wiser
than them, and are happy
to let their goals
ferment.
