Quatrain of Born Grown

Born Grown - the tiny adult

I was born all grown up, ready
to face the world
with wisdom in
tow,

By the time I became an adult,
I realized there was little
left for me to
know.

Born wise had many advantages,
it put me far ahead
of all my
peers,

But wisdom and age don't always
go together, I realize now
how little I've improved
through the
years.
