Quatrain of Bird Watching

Bird Watching - the horror of it all

It's universally known bird watchers
are almost exclusively white
people, peeking at
their own
behest,

Watching birds does not transcend
those of color, therefore
do not become
too overly
distressed.

Perhaps, only white kindred like to
eye the feathered creatures
because of the way
their plumes
grow,

One thing is certain, it is a horror
to many, that all folks don't
relish themselves in the same
proportions, don't you
know.
