Best Interest - you or the government?

Alas, be thee ever suspicious
of government, it rarely
looks out for
thy best
interest.

Governments are formed to
construct order but quickly
become entities
thou can't
intrust.

Laws should be hard to enact,
it ought take a long
time and much
thoughtful
contemplation.

When it is easy for government
to get what it wants, thy
life is condemned
to eternal
damnation.
