Stop Learning

Learning slows early in life,
our knowledge shrinks
while we
age,

We know less as we mature,
the new does not
replace a worn
page.

When we are at our greatest
learning point, we feel
as if we know it
all,

In truth, retention is problematic,
ebbing minds fade out
in the long
haul.
